		<description>@Malena - You are absolutely right!  We definitely should plan for taxes year round.  And I&#039;m a big advocate of not withholding more than you have to.  I like tax refunds, but I&#039;d rather just keep my money in the first place.</description>

The latter results in an interest free loan from the government to YOU.  This approach requires a lot of discipline, but will reap a significant return.</description>
