No worries, I’m sure they have lots of policies, procedures and safe guards in plane to ensure and protect the confidentiality of their client’s documents.

Lawyers have been using outsourced services for many years.

@March – I’m with you: digitizing documents is time-consuming. If you have a lot of documents, it’s a great task to outsource.

I didnt use one last year and learned a good lesson.

The amount of hours I spent scanning, checking the OCR and alignment was crazy. And thats just on a basic scan. If the doc needed to be converted to html or pdf or exel file then the production line came to a complete stop.

then throw in minor printer problems and frequent ink changes, paper jams… omg

I am surely using a service for this next time!

@Mat – I can’t imagine scanning 200,000 documents. That would be a nightmare. Maybe you should’ve worn gloves.

I haven’t used this service, but I did scan in 200,000 documents for an engineer recently. Theres no need to mention how many paper cuts I received… its better to let a service do this for you, thats for sure!!!!
