And right on. I work at a mid-size firm (a little over 100 employees) and I'm pretty good at most everything on your list except the first one. In all other ways I would say I'm a great employee. But the state of my office is dragging me down. It really is all about appearances sometimes and it's worth making a greater effort to appear organized, productive and professional.
