I’ve written a lot about business cards in the past, especially on finding unique custom cards. And when I have an opportunity to highlight business card ideas, I take it!

Great FX Business Cards is a interesting supplier of unique business cards. They definitely have some interesting ideas about promoting yourself on a tiny piece of card stock.

One card that their portfolio highlights shows off the unique personal brand of an author and speaker. It stands out from traditional cards by having bright colors and a sharp picture of the author. It doesn’t suit my personal tastes, but we all have different views, right?

No matter what business card supplier you choose, it’s important to start with a killer design. Anyone can print his name on a 3.5″ x 2″ piece of paper. But not everyone can come up with a great creative business card. Heck, not even everyone can make his card look halfway decent. :)

My suggestion would be to hire a good graphic designer to help you create a solid plan. Only once you have a solid plan in place should you find a card printer. Printing is the last step, not the first! Design always comes first!

    My my card is round, optic yellow in colour with grey seams like a tennis ball. Business info in black print. can you make them? thanx.. j.r.
