		<description>I must say that Products Liability, which covers manufacturing/design defects and warnings give troubles.  It seems to be a public policy argument most of th e time.  The law doesn&#039;t really have a &quot;rule&quot; that applies.  I guess each case is different, hence the &quot;guidelines&quot; rather than strict rule.</description>

		<description>The one thing about my Torts Class that gave me the confuzzled look a lot was Negligence. It&#039;s hard to tell who&#039;s at fault sometimes, and what percentage if any the injured party is at fault. Since I live in NY, where this is a factor, I spent a lot of time studying it.</description>
