I must say that Products Liability, which covers manufacturing/design defects and warnings give troubles. It seems to be a public policy argument most of th e time. The law doesn’t really have a “rule” that applies. I guess each case is different, hence the “guidelines” rather than strict rule.

The one thing about my Torts Class that gave me the confuzzled look a lot was Negligence. It’s hard to tell who’s at fault sometimes, and what percentage if any the injured party is at fault. Since I live in NY, where this is a factor, I spent a lot of time studying it.
