It looks like the free version will be crippled to a max of 5 projects so those of us who want to manage lots of projects will need to pay $5 per month. For me that means I will need to start looking for another tool. It's a shame because I looked long and hard before finding Vitalist. If you decide to make a change I hope you will share what you do on your blog. You have an interesting GTD setup; I particularly like the really smart feature of "speaking" something into your Vitalist inbox through Jott. And yes, I know what it feels like to tweak your system and not actually doing any of the tasks. At one time I also thought I would never go back to pen and paper. Now, I'm not so sure :) I'm already using a hybrid system and wouldn't be surprised to find myself going completely analog again in the future. Perhaps you will change your mind as well.
