The TLA earnings are all links – no referrals. From what I understand, I’m somewhat of an oddball, doing that good with TLA (on a small site). I’m not doing anything special. Like I mentioned above, I think part of it is being in a non-saturated niche.

I recomend him to anyone. He's very honest, has a great detailed invoice, listens to the customer, and just plain knows what to do to make a blog work better. Andrew, maybe you can consider selling ads on your site to people not affiliated with the typical ad agencies. Such as, let other bloggers pay you a monthly fee to put an on your site. If you do this, count me in. You can very the monthly price by the "real estate" the ad appears. By the way, whatever you're using for your comments layout, can you put in the to do list? I like it.
