PayPerPost’s RockStartup – Embedded and in Color

You’ve probably heard about PayPerPost’s attempt at reality tv, RockStartup. On one hand, it’s an interesting attempt to show what goes on behind the scenes of a web 2.0 startup. On the flip side, it’s a blatant (but unique) marketing ploy by a controversial company. We can debate that in the comments!

For now, here is RockStartup’s 20th episode. It’s a compilation of outtakes from the previous episodes. Personally, I was a bit disappointed with the video. Outtakes are usually a bit funnier than this, but maybe my sense of humor is exhausted right now.

With that said, I do think the RockStartup website has a nice, professional look to it. Of course, it should, since PPP has a team of developers to do that for them. But I’ll give them some credit where it’s due.

In doing a bit of research for this post, I stumbled upon the RockStartup sponsorships page. They have an open invitation for people to get their products or message featured on the show. I wonder if I could make up a Legal Andrew shirt and get them to wear it…
