PayPerPost Affiliate Program

Sponsored Post

The other day I wrote about an interesting new affiliate program through PayPerPost. Basically, anyone can choose to review a post on a blog through the “review this post” button at the bottom. The reviewer gets paid $7.50, and I get paid $7.50 as well.

I’ve now been using this program for a few days. I haven’t had any complaints about it, so I think I’ll stick with it (and least for a little while more). It looks like it might be a decent revenue stream. Also, it should help provide more blogging conversations.

So far, 7 people have clicked on the “review this post” button on my blog. Of those, one person actually signed up. Thus, $7.50 will be on its way to my PayPal account in a month.

$7.50 in three days isn’t a bad deal. However, I’m skeptical that many more people will sign up through a link on my blog. We’ll just have to see how that goes. I imagine that visitors will become blind to the badge. And people willing to sign up for PayPerPost will have already signed up. But I could be wrong.

What do you think of this affiliate program? Do the latest PayPerPost changes rehabilitate its image in your view?
