		<description>IMHO, Microsoft Outlook paired with a Microsoft Exchange server can also be used to manage meeting room schedules.  It works very well actually.  This method is used by EDS, Bank of America, and CitiGroup to name a few.  It wouldn&#039;t be very cost effective for a terribly small operation, but any law office with more than 2 attorneys seriously needs an Exchange server anyway. YMMV.</description>
