In Need of a DUI Lawyer?

First of all, remember that I’m getting paid a tiny bit to write this. However, the views herein are my own. I am not getting compensated to review this site in a specific manner or tone.
Review a LAWYER
I checked the latest review opportunities and found a lawyer’s website! I was a bit suspicious, but I trudged forward. I decided to review the website of Rick Mueller, a San Diego DUI Lawyer.
I guess it’s not surprising to see lawyers get into this advertising format. With websites for lawyers–and legal blogs finally catching on–it’s fitting that lawyers try out different ad methods. I suppose this like a yellow pages ad for the 21st century.
Neat site features
I was quite surprised when I pulled up Rick’s site. It actually has information on it. It has useful information, pertaining to Rick’s practice area. You don’t find this on big-law websites. Useful info is quite a nice feature to have. He even details some of the defenses you have for a DUI.
The other interesting thing Rick shows is a table of his victories from different cases. A couple of cases jumped out at me, since the defendant had a BAC of over .20 from a blood test, yet Rick was able to get them off. I wonder if the police did something off-the-wall or somehow hurt the admissibility of the evidence.
Finally, it is cool that Rick has a link where you can view all DUI attorneys in California. Once again, big-law doesn’t list their competition with contact info.
Learn from Rick
Here’s the moral: don’t drink and drive. If you find yourself facing a DUI in San Diego, you might want to give Rick a call.
More than that, we can all learn a bit from his website. Prospective clients want information. This is a good example of giving out free samples.
