		<description>I think it will be a true step forward when courts begin video conferencing.  Your point about using that for small motions and hearings is very good.  Why make everyone travel to the courthouse for a 15 minute hearing, when video conferencing can let everyone stay at their office?</description>

		<description>Thanks for the trackback and comments on my post.  In todays techno world, we have to be connected.  Clients expect and demand it.  Courts are slow to come around. But I can see not in the too far future when we can use video conferences to connect with the courts.</description>
